When you send an enquiry
Submitting the contact form stores your name, email, chosen subject, message, consent confirmation, a record identifier and the submission time on this site’s server. This record supports handling the question or correction you chose to send.
What happens before submission
The form obtains a security token and uses an essential session cookie. The server checks the request, required fields and a short repeat-submission interval. A visible success is shown only after a record has been written; failed validation does not create an enquiry.
Workbench choices
The scope desk does not send its system, stage or checkbox selections to the server. They remain in the current page state and disappear when that page is reloaded. The image gallery and FAQ search likewise operate in the browser.
Access and removal requests
The site operator controls access to saved records. To ask about an enquiry, use the privacy subject and include its identifier if available; do not send identity documents through this form. The public mailbox requires setup verification, and this notice does not promise a response deadline or automatic retention period.
External resources
The supplied site serves its own scripts, style files and images. It does not include advertising pixels or analytics. Official-source links lead to separate websites, whose handling of data is outside this site’s control. Hosting may produce operational logs under the owner’s hosting configuration.
Questions about these arrangements can be sent through the contact page.
